Open a budget driver file

1. Go to Admin > Admin Task Panes > Budget Admin > Budget Assumptions and double click the desired driver set:
   • Access NY Budget Assumptions (next year's budget drivers)
   • Access CY Budget Assumptions (current year's budget drivers)

2. Set the refresh variables if applicable.

   1. Click Refresh Data or press F9.

   2. Complete the Refresh Variables form.

   3. TIP: The following drivers retain KHAStdLine as the default budget methodology if you do not make a selection: Budget Global Data (7–10), Budget Depreciation, Budget Revenue GobalRev, and Budget GlobalExp.
      

   4. In the Choose Value dialog, select one or more variables, and click OK.

      TIP: If the dialog displays a large number of variables, use the Select All or Clear All options to select or deselect all the selections in the check boxes. If you do not select check boxes for any variables, the system automatically includes all of the variables in the driver. If you click Cancel, no variables are included in the driver, and it displays blank.

3. To save, right click on the driver tab and select Save > Save Data Only.
